As soon as the Explore: Strategy phase of our new WORKLAB was completed, our team rolled up their sleeves and dug into specifics to begin the Plan: Design phase. During this crucial second phase, details and early development are everything.

To help with the process, our partners at Gensler worked diligently to provide an exciting renovation plan that perfectly melded our diverse workplace needs into an innovative WORKLAB—one that is filled with a blend of nomadic and agile work areas and open and private collaboration zones.

“One of the central design elements of our WORKLAB is not just how we attract new talent to Atmosphere, but how can we engage our team members across the organization so we continue to develop their talent.  The objective is to empower everyone to be more self-actualized, more engaged, and more productive.”

Gensler also created the spaces’ design intent, which our team eagerly assisted in executing with product and finish selections. To help deliver a smooth construction process, we hired MP Johnson as the general contractor who started working right away to develop a rigorous timeline.

During the Plan: Design phase, we saw our space come to life with detailed floorplans and renderings. Here are some of our favorites that are now beginning to transform in front of us:

We will continue to post about our exciting new remodel and how the transformation will benefit our team members and clients, so check our blog and social media sites often for updates!

The Atmosphere is changing here. We can’t wait to share it with you!
