Located on the south side of Eau Claire, just an hour and a half from Minneapolis, The Woodspire is among the new trend of luxury living apartment developments in the area. With a variety of high-end design features and amenities, sixteen acres of green space, incredible views, and access to an adjoining county park, it is a unique addition to the Eau Claire region.
The owners of The Woodspire reached out to Atmosphere in January 2022 for assistance with furniture and art for the common areas throughout the facility – including the lobby, office and conference spaces, community rooms, Sky Lounge, and outdoor spaces. With the building fully under construction at the time, we drew inspiration from Collage Architects’ building finishes and interiors ideas to carry out their modern farmhouse vision.
The Atmosphere team researched to find the right products for the aesthetic, presented them for feedback, navigated lead times, and then selected finishes. With around a dozen vendors on the project, all arriving on different timelines, we worked with the client to plan a phased install over the course of the summer.
Through coordinated, consistent communication between The Woodspire team, Atmosphere, vendors, and installers, we were able to learn the clients’ preferences and become a trusted partner. In addition to providing furniture and finish selections, vendor coordination, and delivery and installation, Atmosphere was able to add value by accessorizing the common spaces as well, showcasing the talents and strengths of our entire Eau Claire team.
