We want all our guests and team members to have a great experience with us, and that starts by promoting and protecting the health of everyone visiting an Atmosphere location.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking steps to protect our team members and visitors through protocols that assist in limiting the spread of the virus.
If you are planning to visit one of our facilities, we are asking you to complete a health questionnaire prior to your planned visit. The questions you will be asked:
- Have you had close contact with or cared for someone that has tested positive for COVID-19 or is waiting for test result within the last 14 days?
- Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (to include fever of 100.4 or above, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell) or been in close contact with someone that has symptoms?
- Have you been following the established CDC and local government protocols for minimizing exposure?
If your answer is “yes” to either of the first two questions or “no” to the final question, we politely ask you to contact your Atmosphere host to reschedule your visit or make arrangements for a virtual meeting.
While in our facilities, we continue to ask you to exercise safe social distancing guidelines, follow appropriate hygiene protocols for cleaning spaces and handwashing and to wear a mask if not fully vaccinated in accordance with current CDC guidelines and local health authority guidelines.
