In 2019, several years after a major rebrand, Nusenda Credit Union built a new office headquarters in Albuquerque, New Mexico, consolidating staff from numerous locations.
Our team worked closely with the architect and client to identify space planning requirements and ensure the design met the need for future growth and expansion.
The building comprises modular glass wall systems, office and collaborative spaces, a work café, conference and meeting rooms. Branding is visible throughout. The project also included two other existing buildings onsite that were remodeled and refurnished. The overall project square footage of the combined buildings was 104,000 sq. ft.
