Snell & Wilmer, Arizona’s largest law firm, occupies 5 floors and 120,000 square feet of City Scape, a mixed-use building in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Atmosphere and Steelcase partnered with Snell & Wilmer under a compressed scheduled to deliver special applications across 220 private offices and 80 stations to meet each team member’s individual needs.
In downsizing from their ten floors and 180,000 square feet of space in the Arizona Center, it was critical to optimize the use of their new real estate, while also maintaining the utmost level of privacy. The Atmosphere and Steelcase team worked on an individual basis with end-users to overcome a number of architectural challenges like columns, angles, and curved walls.
The new space allows attorneys and staff to maintain a hybrid workflow, with private office workstation and conference space available for reservation.
