Local trucking firm Rihm Kenworth needed to update and expand their office space while relocating to provide convenient access to customers and allowing for large trucks to maneuver in and out easily. The company wanted to enhance collaboration and employee wellbeing while building their brand and company culture. This was accomplished by creating 16 workstations and 47 offices as well as 20 ancillary and collaborative spaces for the 75 employees working at the Rihm Kenworth offices in South St. Paul.

Atmosphere Commercial Interiors and Steelcase have been honored to be a partner in the growth of this fourth generation family owned business. The collaboration included the Rihm Kenworth facilities team and their outside design firm. The work environment includes settings that range from formal to informal, collaborative to private work spaces, and informal break areas to large conference rooms.
