As the main source of information for Minneapolis happenings, Meet Minneapolis, Convention & Visitors Association needed a space as vibrant as the community it represents. Relocating from a traditional office space to an open and collaborative environment, Meet Minneapolis wanted its new workspace to highlight building architecture, social gathering spots and local art.

The nearly 16,000 square foot space is home to 52 new workstations, 17 private offices, three conference rooms, a training room, breakroom, various huddle rooms and a number of ancillary spaces to encourage team member touch downs.

PK-30 glass walls and lower panels allow natural light to flow from room-to-room while Steelcase Universal and Elective Elements private offices provide a quiet oasis for the organization with accolades like Best Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) in Minnesota and recipient of the Minnesota Excellence Award from the US Trade & Commerce Institution.

KEY OUTCOMES
+ A variety of work space types that support choice and control for individual team members to use throughout the day
+ Additional collaborative spaces for teams to work in to enhance their workflow and communication
+ A creative environment that showcases amazing, local talent
