Husky Homes is a Keller Williams Realty Team located along the riverfront in Monona, Wisconsin. The goal for their new office was to create a space that feels like a luxury home and provides areas for agents to work and meet with clients, as well as space to host community and homebuyer events.
We were excited to coordinate with Husky Homes, their general contractor, and real estate partner to bring their vision to life in the space. Atmosphere negotiated a design contract with Husky Homes where we specified furniture, demountable walls, flooring, architectural features and finishes. To guide the project and other vendors, our team created a mood board that provided a master plan for achieving their desired ambience. Atmosphere also helped coordinate their interior branding and signage, creating a space that reflects and builds on their brand and serves as a tool to attract and retain employees and customers.
Products provided by Atmosphere included: Steelcase FrameOne, West Elm Work Sterling seating, FLOS lighting, OFS Intermix, OFS Boost, Blu Dot Wook Wall Hooks, and Steelcase Privacy Wall with unique mullions to create an industrial look.
