We are thrilled to celebrate 50 years in Albuquerque with a newly refreshed Worklab! Our grand reopening was a huge success, with more than 250 community members present to witness the unveiling. It was a dynamic, energetic afternoon of celebration that included a ribbon cutting ceremony with the Albuquerque Journal, local food trucks, and an artisan coffee bar. Our beautiful new space is filled with products and solutions that help to create an inspiring, collaborative workplace for our team members.
Our Worklabs are not only where we do our best work, they’re also where we experiment with the latest products and trends. By testing products on ourselves first, we can more authentically understand the solutions we provide.
Formerly Business Environments, Atmosphere acquired the Albuquerque-based office equipment company in late 2022, implementing a full rebrand in 2023. I.B. Hoover founded Business Environments in 1973, then sold the business to his sons, Bruce and Scott Hoover in 1997. Business Environments has always maintained a reputation for professional and personalized service from a team that takes pride in a job well done. We were fortunate to celebrate with I.B., Bruce, and Scott at our grand reopening.
Our own Carlene Wilson, CEO of Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, cut the ribbon for the grand unveiling.

Following the ribbon cutting, Michael Kocurek, Vice President of Furniture Sales, took a moment to thank everyone for celebrating with us.
