University of Arizona Applied Research Building (ARB)

The University of Arizona Applied Research Building (ARB) is “designed to enable real world innovations” and is a direct result of our profound partnership with The University, SmithGroup and McCarthy Nordburg. This highly specialized, one-of-a-kind facility pairs new applied research capabilities with state-of-the-art equipment and technology and brings together several interdisciplinary university programs under one roof. Collaboration efforts with end-users allowed our teams to tailor the right solutions for each space and aid in enhancing collaboration, maintaining privacy, and creating more ancillary spaces for work to take place away from traditional environments.
