- Oversight of every aspect of the furniture delivery, including project scope, schedule coordination, and budget adherence. We provide timely reporting at every step.
- Serving as a primary interface with furniture vendors. Partnership objectives include fostering a positive working relationship, monitoring accountability, and ensuring flawless execution.
- Taking the lead with manufacturers and freight carriers for timely delivery of furniture. Out team works diligently to quickly resolve punch list items and/or damaged products.
