Melissa Machain
We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Melissa Machain to Senior Interior Designer. Melissa came to us as an experienced designer from BKM in San Diego. Since then, Melissa has passed her NCIDQ, served as a mentor to our younger designers, and worked on many varied and complex projects. She has also taken on running the IIDA Couture for Atmosphere in Arizona. Our salespeople sincerely appreciate Melissa’s intuition, creativity, and error-free execution. We all appreciate everything that Melissa brings to our Arizona design team and congratulate her on her well-deserved promotion to Senior Interior Designer.
Carole Janssen
We are very excited to announce that Carole Janssen has been promoted to Associate Project Manager on the National Accounts Team. Carole has been a client coordinator on the team since November 2013 and has continuously delivered exceptional client service. Carole’s strong communication, attention to detail, and prioritization skills have been instrumental in the success of many complex projects over the years. Carole is calm and action-oriented and ultimately does whatever it takes to ensure that we are meeting the expectations of our clients.
Stephanie Borens
Please join us in congratulating Stephanie Borens on her promotion to Associate Project Manager on the National Accounts Team. Stephanie has provided best in class service to our Sports and Hospitality clients since 2012, and has led Hospitality projects for student housing and luxury apartments. Her ability to manage details, communicate effectively, and drive for results led to overall success on high-profile complex projects. With an Interior Design degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, Stephanie has been influential in leadership roles within the IIDA community, including Forums Director and her current role as IIDA’s Vice President of Membership.
