Order Specialist

  • Process orders for large clients with a high level of transactions
  • Enter standard turnaround time quotes/orders
  • Monitor orders through closure
  • Minimal to moderate direct client interaction

Client Coordinator

  • Support multiple large and small scale clients
  • Enter quotes and orders based on pre-determined specs
  • Coordinate, monitor, and execute orders
  • Moderate level of client interaction

Senior Client Coordinator

  • More experience and knowledge, able to work more independently

Project Management

Project Manager

  • Manage the scope, schedule and budget
  • Act as main point of contact (after order’s been placed)
