Q. What was your first job?

A. Milking cows and car hop at a drive in diner.

Q. What was your best job?

A. Working a work study program at UW Stevens Point,  I worked the front desk in my hall….I got to meet tons of people and really enjoyed the experience…it definitely did not feel like work but like a social hour.

Q. In addition to earning a paycheck, how else has your career created value in your life?

A. I have made friends in every dealership I have worked for….some friends started as coworkers, some as customers and some as vendors.  I value the friendships I have made as an offshoot of my career.  I also find it very rewarding to see a project from start to finish.  To see the creative solutions we present on paper come to life is truly amazing…..

Q. What is your most memorable travel experience?

A. My family and I did a Disney Cruise when our kids were young…it was a truly wonderful trip.  We talk about it often and the great times we had together.  It was great travelling and getting the perspective of a 7 and 8 year old.

Q. What do you like to do in your spare time?

A. Spare time???  Hmmm, I love watching my son run cross country and my daughter compete in gymnastics.  I am their biggest fan!

Q. What lessons has your work life taught you?

A. Don’t give up and there is always a solution.

Q. Do you have any favorite stories from your work life?

A. I have the opportunity to work remotely and although I do often enough, I really enjoy coming into the office and the camaraderie there.  I never feel alone or that there is a dilemma too big to handle.  I love the idea that I have coworkers ready to assist and any time and that we are all working toward a common goal.
