This article is a primer on how to effectively design an office.  It begins with a simply premise: “Knowing how a person thinks plays a huge role in the success of a design.”  Next comes a determination of what a person does and where they do it.  The key: don’t fit the furniture to the space, design the space around the work.  The design methodologies of several design firms are discussed and a number of resources and websites are provided.
